Persian Vibe Radio

Terms of Use

Last updated: 17 August 2026

1. Who we are and what this is

Persian Vibe Radio is a free 24-hour internet radio station broadcasting Persian music and Persian-language news bulletins from London. It is provided by AYDA Digital, United Kingdom, through the website at persianviberadio.com, the Persian Vibe Radio app for iPhone, and the internet radio directories the station is listed on.

These terms apply to all of those. By listening, or by using the website or the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the station. There is no account to close — simply stop listening and, if you wish, delete the app.

2. What we ask of you before you listen

These are the plain, practical warnings a friend would give you.

3. The music and the content

All music broadcast by Persian Vibe Radio is original material produced for the station — an in-house, AI-generated catalogue created in the textures of Persian pop and Iranian world music. The station does not broadcast third-party licensed recordings and is not a rebroadcast of anyone else's record collection. Persian-language news bulletins are summarised and re-voiced from publicly available reporting; they are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced in cooperation with the original publishers.

The station's audio, artwork, name, logo and website are ours or licensed to us. You may listen, and you may share links to the station or to a track. You may not record, rip, re-upload, redistribute, resell or rebroadcast the stream, or present the station's output as your own, without our written permission. Requests for permission are welcome — just ask.

4. Acceptable use

Use the station only for lawful, personal, non-abusive listening. Do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape, probe or disrupt our servers, do not attempt to bypass any technical limit, and do not use the station in connection with anything unlawful or harmful. You alone are responsible for complying with the law where you are, including any local rules on internet broadcasting or content. We may suspend or block access if the station is being abused, and we may cooperate with lawful requests from the police or other competent authorities.

5. Your device, your links

There is no account and no password. The app is protected only by your device, so anyone who can unlock your phone can use it and share from it. Any link you share is public and can be passed on by whoever receives it. We are not responsible for what other people do with information or links you have shared, or for anyone who gains access to your device, your accounts or your links — partner, family, employer or anyone else.

6. It is free, and it is provided "as is"

The station and the app are free. They are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not promise the station will be available, uninterrupted, complete, accurate, or free of faults.

We do not promise that anything is stored, kept or delivered. The app keeps no library and no backup of anything for you, and the station's playlists, history and content may change or disappear at any time. We are not liable for lost, deleted or corrupted data of any kind. If something matters to you, keep your own copy of it.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from your use of the station, the website or the app. Because these are provided free of charge, our total liability to you for all claims combined is limited to £50.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

8. Apple

If you obtained the app from the App Store, Apple's standard End User Licence Agreement also applies to your use of it. Apple is not a party to these terms, is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives at this address, with the date at the top. Continuing to listen after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protections given to you by the mandatory law of your own country.
